TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please kindly read these terms and conditions carefully. By booking online or confirming your reservation via phone or email, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined below on behalf of all persons in your party.
These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between Amanda Cruises and its clients. Continuing to use our services or website after updates to these conditions implies acceptance of the revised terms.
1. Rate
All tour prices are valid until 31 December each year and are quoted in USD per person, inclusive of 5% service charge and exclusive of 10% VAT.
2. Included in quoted programs
- Transportation in air-conditioned vehicle
- Domestic flight or train tickets (if any)
- All accommodations as noted in the itinerary based on twin share with daily breakfast
- Meals as specified in the itinerary
- Fully guided sightseeing as noted in the itinerary
3. Not included in quoted programs
- International airfares unless otherwise stated
- Visa fee and visa arrangement fee
- Airport departure taxes
- Meals other than specified in the itinerary
- Beverages not included in pre-tour documentation
- Sightseeing not included in the itinerary
- Gratuities and tips
- Personal expenses
4. Payment
We require full payment for all online bookings with Amanda Cruises. However, we also accept a deposit (at least 50% of total cost for bookings under USD 1000, or 30% for bookings over USD 1000). Our team will assist in confirming your deposit and proceeding with the reservation. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
5. Amendment, cancellation and refund
5.1 Amendment
All modifications and extensions must be made at the time of booking. Any subsequent changes may be subject to additional fees.
5.2 Cancellation from travelers
In the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 45 days: Full refund (minus transaction fees)
- 30–45 days: 10% of total tour price
- 15–29 days: 50% of total tour price
- 7–14 days: 75% of total tour price
- Within 7 days: 100% of total price
Notes:
- All cancellations must be in writing and received by Amanda Cruises.
- No refunds for unused or missed arrangements.
- No refunds in case of no-show.
5.3 Cancellation from Amanda Cruises
In case we cancel a tour, you will be contacted immediately. A full refund or suitable alternative will be provided, depending on your preference.
6. Voucher of confirmation
A service voucher will be sent by email after your booking is confirmed and payment is completed. Please check the voucher carefully and notify us of any discrepancies immediately.
7. Liability and Insurance
Amanda Cruises is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage caused by delays, accidents, natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond our control. Travelers are required to have full travel insurance.
8. Discount policy
- Under 4 years: Free of charge
- From 4 to 8 years: 50% of adult’s fare (shared bed)
- From 9 to 11 years: 75% of adult’s fare (using existing bed)
- Over 11 years: 100% of adult’s fare
9. Currency
Prices may be displayed in both USD and VND. The final price charged will be in VND based on the Vietcombank exchange rate at the time of checkout.
